How do I remove the drawers from my Craftsman Quiet Glide Tool chest?

I misplaced my owners manual and I need to remove the bottom drawer of my 6 drawer roll away tool chest. Its a craftsman quiet glide model# 65667. Thanks!
I have seen those gray plastic tabs and I pushed them aside and the drawers did not remove.
Still no good answers. Anybody??

      There are tabs on the inside of the rails that release the drawer

      Go on line to Craft mans .com and I think you will be able to find the answer to the problem

      I can only suggest you try contacting Craftsman.
      They may just require moving the tabs and lifting a little.
